Empower is Joplin District event. It will be hosted at The Well in Springfield, MO this year. It is $15 to register for this event as a student or leader. Registration is due Feb. 26 for leaders and students. Hotel and food costs TBD. We will meet at PittNaz at 4:00pm on Friday, March 12th and depart by 4:30pm. We will stop for dinner on the way there and arrive at The Well at 7pm for registration. Students can pick up a registration form from Izzy Smiley and choose which events they would like to compete it. Friday night and Saturday will consist of student events such as team sports, fine arts, photography, music, etc. You can compete in more than one event. Friday night activities will all take place at The Well until 12:00am. We will either stay in a hotel or at the provided lodging at the church (TBD). Empower will continue all day Saturday and will end after all events are completed that evening. We will leave that evening (Mar. 13). Departure from Springfield will depend on the length of the dodgeball tournament; however, it will be NO LATER than 5pm. We will arrive at the church for pickup no later than 8pm.
